What is a cryo chamber?


Cryotherapy is an innovative treatment that uses cold therapy to manage pain and inflammation. How it works

Although the cold temperatures can be very intense at first, you'll start to notice a boost of energy directly after your session. You'll likely also notice that any aches and pains you've been dealing with are less intense, as the cold reduces inflammation and helps your muscles loosen up.

The Chamber

During a cryotherapy session, you will be submerged in a cold chamber for approximately three to five minutes. The first few sessions may be shorter, as it can take time to adjust to the extreme cold temperatures of a cryotherapy session. Cryotherapy chambers are cooled to temperatures from -50 to -250 degrees Fahrenheit using liquid nitrogen.

Our staff can adjust the temperatures depending on your comfort level and your experience with cryotherapy. They will also instruct you to turn at various points throughout the session to ensure you get an even application of the liquid nitrogen. You can stop the session at any time if you are uncomfortable.
