What is a cryo chamber?

Cryotherapy is an innovative treatment that uses cold therapy to manage pain and inflammation. It initially became popular among athletes, who used cold therapy to deal with the natural soreness and aches that come with athletic activity. However, anyone can benefit from cryotherapy, whether you're very active or have a sedentary job.

Preliminary evidence also shows that cryotherapy can help with weight loss when paired with a healthy diet and exercise. When the body is cold, metabolism naturally increases slightly, making a weight loss plan more effective.

How it works

Although the cold temperatures can be very intense at first, you'll start to notice a boost of energy directly after your session. You'll likely also notice that any aches and pains you've been dealing with are less intense, as the cold reduces inflammation and helps your muscles loosen up.

Some even find that cryotherapy helps reduce stress and makes it easier to fall asleep at night. There are so many benefits of cryotherapy, and if you've been struggling with sore muscles or pain, it's a great way to live a healthier, more comfortable life.

The Chamber

During a cryotherapy session, you will be submerged in a cold chamber for approximately three to five minutes. The first few sessions may be shorter, as it can take time to adjust to the extreme cold temperatures of a cryotherapy session. Cryotherapy chambers are cooled to temperatures from -50 to -250 degrees Fahrenheit using liquid nitrogen.

Our staff can adjust the temperatures depending on your comfort level and your experience with cryotherapy. They will also instruct you to turn at various points throughout the session to ensure you get an even application of the liquid nitrogen. You can stop the session at any time if you are uncomfortable.

Stimulate repair

Our whole body cryotherapy chamber stimulates cold shock, which starts the body's self-repair process.

A brief 2 - 3.5 minutes of full body cold exposure helps reduce pain, and inflammation while rejuvenating your body, skin and mind.

The process offers nitrogen-free, walk-in systems, thereby exposing the entire body to sub zero temperatures.
